I called up Adair (the Preston and Jess couple) today. He's my go-to guy for all the best beaches and hikes on the mountain. He suggested that we go to a tourist lookout spot, and instead of looking out with the other tourist, hop over the guard rail, cruise past the "Don't pass this sign" sign, and descend down the rocks to this beautiful tucked away beach in the cove. The water was wild, but fun to swim in. Quite a treat!
