Catching Up...

My apologies for my absence, but I have good reason for it. My great pal Brendan came out for a 10 day visit, and with that, I've had very little time to upload photos. Although I haven't been blogging much, I've definitely been shooting lots of photos. The camera doesn't miss many days... 

Before picking Brendan up from the airport, we decided to cruise to the beach. There I met a new surfer photographer friend. Im bad with names.

Took Brendan to a private beach. Met this local guy who taught me how crack the juice out of a coconut. Had a taste. Wasn't thrilled.

Then we went to another beach to snorkel. And we hung a swing.

The Pali trail. Part of it is the old Pali Highway that was closed down many years ago due to too much illegal activity on the roadway. Not entirely sure what that means. The trail then went into the forest to an excellent waterfall. 

We were both unsatisfied with our shoes on the way back. We went without.

Took B cliff jumping. Met some new friends.

Caught a sunset down at Waikiki beach. 

Took B on his first ridge hike. It was called Crouching Lion. One of my toughest thus far.
